Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Clean every time, great water pressure, free breakfast, full kitchens, pet friendly, gym, pool, coffee and tea available all day long, outdoor hang out areas. We've stayed here multiple times and will continue to always book here when in town. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. Definitely recommend and we will absolutely be back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Only downside for us is the parking fees.
We stayed at the Residence Inn in Camarillo, California, and the experience was truly excellent. The room was spacious, everything was clean, beautiful, and well maintained—including the pool. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of fresh options each morning. We especially want to highlight the outstanding customer service from Ms. Renne and Derek. Ms. Renne helped us a lot with the room arrangements and with resolving a small issue with our reservation. She handled everything with a big smile, joyfully and without a single complaint. She truly won our hearts in less than two weeks. Derek was also fantastic—very attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and always with a cheerful, kind, and respectful attitude. We highly recommend this place, especially for families or group stays. We absolutely loved it!

The hotel is located near the outlet malls, which was nice and convenient. The grounds and room were nice enough. The room only gets 4 stars because the A/C was only working intermittently the whole stay. Derek at the front desk was the MVP of our stay. He excels at customer service. He's friendly and professional and always willing to solve a problem, make a suggestion, or recommend a local place. He made us feel so welcome and helped us solve a few minor issues in record time and with a smile on his face. He's the kind of front desk employee that exemplifies stellar customer service. Keep up the good work, Derek! :)
The people are friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. The furniture, appliances, and fixtures are dated and in need of a makeover.
Derek at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and answered all of our questions with patience and a great attitude. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel comfortable and taken care of. He was super helpful with recommendations and directions, and he made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone who clearly enjoys helping people, and Derek made our stay start off on such a positive note.
